Our Story
PLYMX Security Ltd was founded in Plymouth by lifelong friends Lee Goddard and Paul Willis with a clear purpose: to provide reliable, professional and well-managed security services across Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West.
Built on long-standing trust, local knowledge and different professional strengths, PLYMX was created to be hands-on, approachable and dependable — a company where clients know who they are dealing with and where standards are personally overseen by the people responsible for the business.
Different Strengths. One Shared Standard.
Lee Goddard brings over 16 years of security experience, having worked across Plymouth and throughout the UK in a range of security environments. His experience gives PLYMX practical industry knowledge and a strong understanding of what clients, venues and security teams need on the ground.
Paul Willis brings operational, administrative and compliance-focused strengths to the business, with a practical understanding of systems, documentation and operational organisation. His role supports PLYMX's documentation, communications, record keeping, digital systems and internal processes, helping ensure the company operates with clear standards and a professional approach.
